1. Who we are
Opsacta is a service of Amazon 360 Inc. ("Opsacta", "we", "us"). These terms cover your use of opsacta.com and of the Opsacta app. By using either, you agree to them.
2. Client services
Work for clients is provided under a separate written services agreement. If that agreement and these terms conflict, the services agreement applies.
3. Authorising the Opsacta app
If you authorise the Opsacta app to read your Amazon Selling Partner or Amazon Ads data, you confirm that you are entitled to grant that access for the account. You can remove access at any time, as described on the app page. How we handle the data is set out in our privacy policy.
4. Not affiliated with Amazon
Opsacta is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. Amazon, Seller Central and related marks belong to their owners. Your use of Amazon's services remains subject to Amazon's own terms.
5. Information on this site
The content on this website is general information about our services, not advice for your business. Decisions you make about your Amazon account, prices and advertising are yours.
6. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorised access to this website or our systems, or use them for anything unlawful.
7. Intellectual property
The Opsacta name, logo, website content and software belong to Amazon 360 Inc. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission, except as the law allows.
8. Liability
The website is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and disputes are subject to the courts of Wyoming.
10. Changes
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do.
